REFERRAL PROGRAM

Terms & Conditions (Australia)

1. Eligibility

  • The program is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
  • Referrers must register with Dindo via the official referral form to be eligible for rewards.
  • Employees, contractors, or representatives of Dindo or its affiliates are not eligible.

2. Valid Referrals

  • A valid referral is a person or business that:
    • Is not an existing Dindo customer or currently engaged in discussions with Dindo.
    • Has not previously been referred by another participant.
  • The referral must be submitted via email to Dindo, including full contact details and business name (if applicable).
  • Referrers must obtain permission from the contact before submitting their details to Dindo.

3. Referral Reward

  • Referrers will receive 10% of the referred customer’s first annual subscription fee, excluding GST and discounts, if the referral becomes a paying customer within 90 calendar days of being referred.
  • The reward will be paid via electronic funds transfer (EFT) within 30 days of receiving the referred customer’s payment.
  • Referrers will be required to submit a valid Australian bank account and may need to provide an ABN or complete a Statement by a Supplier form if not registered for GST.

4. Limitations and Exclusions

  • The referral reward only applies to the first purchase. Renewals, upgrades, or add-ons are excluded.
  • Self-referrals or referrals within the same organisation are not eligible.
  • There is no cap on the number of referrals, but Dindo reserves the right to disqualify referrals it deems fraudulent, inappropriate, or non-compliant.

5. Tax and Reporting

  • Referral rewards may be considered assessable income under Australian tax law.
  • Referrers are responsible for reporting any rewards received to the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) and paying any applicable tax.

6. Changes to the Program

  • Dindo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
  • Changes will not affect eligible referrals already submitted prior to the effective date of the change.

7. Acceptance of Terms

  • Participation in the referral program constitutes acceptance of these terms and any decisions made by Dindo in relation to the program.
  • Dindo’s decision on all matters relating to the referral program is final and binding.
